Mindfulness Meditation Starter Program

About Course
This is a month long online group starter program that opens the door into the world of mindfulness and how to change your ability to handle stress and attain greater peace and relaxation. This is for those who have always wanted to really learn mindfulness meditation and how to actually integrate the practice and principles in their daily lives. This cohort will cover the foundational elements of authentic mindfulness meditation from the perspective of our modern mindset. By the end of this training, one will be able to connect to their body and mind in a radically different way that will in turn allow one to manage stress with more grace and ease. You will confidently be able to apply mindfulness in meditation and life.
 The program begins with an intensive initial workshop to establish the foundation and then offers weekly groups check-ins and meditations to really ground the practice and principles. The program ends with a meditation immersion to mark the establishment of a mindfulness meditation practice. By the end you will be meditating for at least 30 minutes and handling stress like a new person.
